Chipped nail polish is in??? Am I reading this right??

Hello all! Very important we discuss this! I was reading in a recent Thursday Styles that CHIPPED NAIL POLISH IS IT!!!!!! Ok, so I do love the rule that a groomed girl speaks volumes. In the same respect I agree looking perfectly too polished is sometimes a bit over bearing as well. But in no way will I ever understand how chipped nail polish looks good!?!? I also am incredibly for unique and different style but this I just can not cope with. Please, is there anyone that agrees or has anything to say about this? I would love to hear it! Post it!
