I am referring to Le Parker Meridian Hotel on West 56th street. However, if you go inside and dig a little deeper past the elegant and beautiful hotel interior, you will find the locally known hidden gem behind the curtains: The Burger Joint. Upon entering, you will see wood paneling in a small area with few seats. Make sure you quickly get in line and grab yourself an area to dive into the fabulous burger. You would never guess it by the looks of it but they are great burgers for not Le Parker prices. Check it out, just look for the sign pictured above.
