According to the New York Times Real Estate section, Vivian Marino shared with us that 79 Horatio Street, built in 1901, was purchased in 2012 for $10.45 million, fully renovated top to bottom and bought recently for $21 million! The 7,100 square feet interior holds a fully wired media room, video security, six bedrooms and three powder rooms, including a full floor master bedroom. Also, 2,235 square feet of outdoor space with incredible views of the city. My favorite is how different the back and front look, according to Thomas P. Ryan, a senior VP of Greystone, “The front of the property is completely restored and completely traditional... The rear of the building, having full glass, is contemporary and modern.”
