In a hidden corner off Rue Lepic in Montmartre you will find the most romantic street, in my personal opinion. It reminds me of the West Village in NYC and it sits next to the most private hotel in Paris, Hotel Particulier. Also, this row of homes was built on the last farms left in Montmartre. Just stunning and home to people seeking privacy. Villa Léandre.
