A SoCal Day in NorCal

When a rarity hits your city, you must make lemonade and enjoy it. Now I suggest making lemonade since the skies decided to throw a record breaking heat wave at San Francisco. As the sun was rising to make its entrance, at mid day the temperatures hit the ground breaking number of 106.

Now this would not have been so bad however San Francisco is not prepared for this type of heat, at the end of 'summer' no less. As most know the famous quote The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco”, which funny enough is wrong. Mark Twain in fact did NOT say this quote as many like to think, even the Golden Gate Bridge has a plague suggesting this false truth.

It was glorious.
